Tatyana Viktorovna Lysenko (born September 17, 1983 in Bataysk) is a Russian hammer thrower. She used to hold the world record with 77.80 metres, achieved on 15 August 2006 in Tallinn.

Her first world record was 77.06 metres, achieved on July 15, 2005 in Moscow, beating the old record of Mihaela Melinte by 0.99 metres. On June 12, 2006 she lost the record to Gulfiya Khanafeyeva, who threw 77.26 metres at the Russian athletics championships in Tula. However, Lysenko threw 77.41 metres on June 24 in Zhukovsky and 77.80 metres in Tallinn, Estonia on August 15.

In 2008 she was found guilty of using women's hormone blocker and banned from competition for two years. Because of the ban she did not participate in the 2008 Beijing Olympics and lost the records that had been placed by her for two years from May 9, 2007. Her world record of 78.61m on May 26, 2007 was disqualified.

Lysenko returned to competition in July 2009, taking the Russian title with 76.41 m. She won the gold at the 2010 IAAF Continental Cup and ranked third in the inaugural IAAF Hammer Throw Challenge at the end of the year, with a combined score of 223.96 metres for her three best throws.

On Sept 4 2011 with a toss of 77.13 metres at her 3rd attempt Tatyana upset world record holder Betty Heidler to win the women's hammer at IAAF World Championships in Daegu, South Korea.
